Our toys are still unaffected by present tariff schedules and continue to be tariff exempt under the USMCA. Sales tax (GST/HST) or Value Added tax (VAT) is separate from tariffs so be aware those will continue to be collected by your home country.

The current schedule of product categories published by Canada that will be subjected to a 25% surtax does not include our toys, which are classified as “Mechano-therapy Appliances, Massage Apparatus” with harmonized code 9019.10. We used for reference the 2 articles linked here.

This means you will still only have to pay sales tax as if you had purchased the toys at a local store, in the form of a GST or HST. We continue to provide the Canadian Currency Adjustment at this time.
