I stand behind my product 100% and have strict quality control standards. If for any reason you happen to get a product that is defective I will exchange it for you.

Because of the nature of these toys I am unable to take returns for any other reason than manufacturing defects. All effort has been made to make the descriptions and measurements on this website as accurate as possible.

If after careful review you’re still unsure about a product, there now is SquarePeg’s very own Shop@Home™ add-on, whereby you get your toy specially packaged in tamper evident packaging with a pre-paid return shipping label included.  A first in the adult toy industry.

If your order originated with one of my select retailers please contact them for a return.
