All orders are shipped in a plain box with a return address marked “Shipping Department”. To provide you further privacy during delivery, consider having your order shipped to a FedEx Office location near you instead of your home or work. Just provide the address of the branch in the “Notes” field when placing your order. Not choosing an officially branded “FedEx Office” will delay your order until one is determined. You will receive notice to the email you provided when it arrives there for you to collect at your convenience.
Shipping is done via FedEx. Ground shipping is free for all orders $300 and over to all states except Alaska and Hawaii. You can also apply your free ground credit to your 2day air shipping, just select 2day air and the cart will automatically apply the discount for you.
99% of orders ship the same or next business day. Although I do offer 2 day air, I have not yet made the jump to overnight delivery, I fully encourage you to contact one of my retailers if you need something next day.
Shipping to Canada is via FedEx only. FedEx now charges a $20 brokerage fee for all ground orders to Canada. This fee is included in you quote you get from the shopping cart. Interestingly, FedEx doesn’t charge this fee on Air, so ground often ends up being more expensive.
Taxes imposed by Canada are the responsibilities of the recipient and each Province is different. Product is covered under NAFTA so no duties are assessed. However, be aware that each province will have its own HST and you will likely have to pay this just as if you were shopping at a store in your town. You can use the shopping cart to accurately quote your international shipping rates. Just add what you want in your cart, choose your country and postal code, and click “get quote”. It’s that easy. New lower rates as of Dec 2014!
All duties and taxes imposed by your country will be your responsibility. Please consider some countries charge an additional 20-30% duty on the value of what’s being imported in addition to sales tax. It’s impossible to maintain an accurate list of exactly how much each country will assess, please be current on your country’s policies.
