New puppyTail colors

A very happy New Year to all!  As many of you know or have found out through the grapevine, 2013 was quite a challenging year for me… but I’m looking forward to a fun, productive and uneventful 2014.  To kick off the year on a bright note, I’m announcing the introduction of colors to the puppyTail line. 4 colors in all: blue, red, white and yellow, and all for the same price as the traditional black. You will see all the styles offered here, participating retailers will only be stocking the Happy style in colors for now.

Palm Springs MYOD a hit

A great time was had by all at Gear in Palm Springs this Wednesday and Thursday.  We did some unique toys ( a hand-less arm dildo from an arm with a hand for example! ) and raised some good $ for the Ranch Recovery Center… to the tune of $2,100.  Thanks to all who participated and to Gear for hosting this event in their store.

Seattle and Provincetown MYODs a Hit

It was my first visit to both DogHouse Leathers in Seattle and Full Kit Gear in Provincetown as both are fairly new to the SquarePegToys® family, and I had a really great time in both towns.  Both crews are fun and full of energy and showed me great hospitality.

$2,025 was raised for the Chicken Soup Brigade in Seattle, and the AIDS Support Group of Cape Cod was the recipient of $1,600. Thanks again to all the dildo makers, I think a good time was had by all!  Total funds donated to date have topped $10,000!

MYOD New York City a Great Success

What beautiful weather we had for what was my first visit to The Leatherman in NYC and my biggest MYOD workshop to date. 9 guys made 12 toys in all over the 2 days. A few brought sculptures, we did a few fists, one penis, and, one ear of corn! (photos on the MYOD page) When I was told that the beneficiary of this event had a donor that was going to double any donations coming in, I decided to do the same.  As a result everyone decided to up their contributions and we collected $1,000 in all, which I then doubled to $2,000… so the Ali Fourney Center will benefit from a $4,000 overall contribution. Congrats to everyone, and Thank You to all who participated, I had a blast!

If you’d like to contribute to the center and have your donation have double impact, now is the time. Go to AliForneyCenter.org to see what you can do to help homeless LGBTQ youth.

MYOD San Francisco

It was a rainy Saturday in San Francisco, what a great day to spend indoors making dildos!  Thanks to all who participated and helped to raise $910 for Magnet. I also did my first Foot on Friday and it turned out pretty great!  Thanks to all who participated and made it such a memorable visit for me! Next up… Cleveland CLAW late April.
