Shipping
All orders are shipped in a plain box with a return address marked “Shipping Department”. Due to the adult nature of the product, we are not able to ship to personal boxes, this includes Post Office boxes. To provide you further privacy during delivery, consider having your order shipped to a FedEx Office location near you instead of your home or work. A list of Hold Locations to choose from will be conveniently provided on the checkout page based on your shipping address.
United States
Shipping is done via FedEx. Ground shipping is free for all orders $177 and over to all states except Alaska and Hawaii.
99.7% of orders ship the same or next business day. Although we do offer 2 day air, we have not yet made the jump to overnight delivery and fully encourage you to contact one of our retailers if you need something next day.
Please note that provided delivery dates are estimates only and do not account for holidays or inclement weather.
Canada
As of June 2019, SquarePegToys® has implemented a new pricing policy for Canadian orders until further notice: the price you see in US dollars is what you pay in Canadian dollars. This is of course a courtesy discount applied as accurately as possible based on the average bid rate for the currency, but could vary by a few dollars from your own calculations and is by no means a price guarantee to the penny. You will still be responsible for paying sales tax to Canada before delivery, FedEx will reach out to you to collect that on behalf of Canada Revenue. Shipping to Canada is via FedEx only.
International
You can use the shopping cart to accurately quote your international shipping rates. Just add what you want in your cart, choose your country and postal code, and click “get quote”. I do this because I have secured great international shipping rates for you and want you to easily compare the rates with other retailers.
All duties and taxes imposed by your country will be your responsibility. Please consider some countries charge an additional 20-30% VAT on the value of what’s being imported. It’s impossible to maintain an accurate list of exactly how much each country will assess, please be current on your country’s policies. Contents will be listed at full value for customs purposes, no exceptions can be made to this policy.
